This sparkling wine is produced with the earliest harvest and from our freshest blocks in our vineyard, one of the southernmost in Chile. Located in the city of La Unión, latitude 40° 17′, one of the coldest wine-producing areas in the country, where the cold climate is the result of the extreme south latitude, without marine influence. The cold continental climate and good insolation in the area allow the production of very aromatic and particularly fresh grapes.
