Our soils are volcanic, with superior drainage and high clay content, producing excellent concentration and minerality in the wines.

The complexity of the soil comes from the formation of very old volcanic ash, deposited on multicolored conglomerates of stone with high iron content, giving characteristic mineral notes to the wines.

The hill on which the vineyard is planted is on a 25% slope, between rolling terraces that face to the Northwest, North and Northeast, allowing us to obtain different sun exposures and greater complexity in the wines.
